Howco will handle the technical stuff so you can concentrate on other things. The area in which the project manager gives special attention is: Site layout, equipment layout, site-specific equipment requirements and on-site consulting during construction. 

By now you have probably spent an exhaustive search for land. With the help of your sales person, thru site analysis and demographic studies, you were able to select the site best suited for your car wash objectives. Now we will help you make your site profitable. Essential to this is the way traffic and people flow on your property. We will look at several options before deciding which will give maximum thru put with ease of operation and a comfortable experience for your customers.

 Equipment plays a major role in the operation of your carwash facility. Based on size of property, size of building and budget Howco will design an equipment package that best fits your location.  We will see to it that equipment is ordered and shipped in a timely manner. Howco is your complete full line distributor of car wash equipment and supplies. We handle the coordination between all venders pulling together your complete package. This process is linked closely to the construction of your site so as not to hold up the project. 

Howco will then work closely with your architect to insure that electrical, plumbing and mechanical requirements for your car wash equipment are correct. We will provide all technical data needed for engineering. Our CAD department is able to integrate PM&E details right to your floor plan. This will expedite the design process for your architect. We will be happy to met with your architect to review drawings and answer any questions. 

When drawings are complete and a contractor has been selected Howco will see to it that the details on your plans are implemented. Thru job site meetings with contractors and their subs we make sure that they understand were and why things are needed. We inspect work so as to correct any mistakes before they are covered up. This may require several job site meetings. But we are working in your behalf to insure that this facility functions properly. 

During the final stages of the building process the equipment arrives and installation crews are scheduled.  Our service technicians will perform the install. They will work with contractors for a smooth transition from construction to car washing. Once operational you will be trained on how to operate your car wash. Also we show you how to perform routine maintenance and trouble shoot potential problems that may occur.
