Meet the Team: Casey Baber, Service Technician-Southeast

Charlotte, NC, native Casey Baber, 27, began his car wash career at age 16 as a crew member at a regional car wash chain. As he advanced into management there, he began dealing with Howco, which serviced and supplied the wash. He discovered and applied for an opportunity in the Howco service department, joining the company in 2018.

“The car wash industry grabbed my interest from the beginning, and I embraced it,” Baber said. “Learning about and being offered a job at Howco was a life-changing opportunity within that industry that I immediately pursued.”

“From the start, several things about Howco impressed me immensely,” Baber continued, “including how mindful they are about engaging technicians. I found the training and business ethics the company instills in its team members to be solid, inspiring, and impactful. Everyone at Howco takes great pride in their work.”

“We are a niche business that is vitally important to our customers, and I am constantly learning so many things to better assist them. Then sharing that knowledge with customers further solidifies those relationships,” concluded Baber.

Baber enjoys spending time with various family members in the Charlotte and Banner Elk, NC, areas and pulling for the Carolina Panthers NFL team. Other passions outside of car washes include disc golf and tinkering with old cars, including a 1994 two-door Jeep Cherokee and 1965 Chevy II Nova, both of which pretty much guarantee him something to do in his spare time.
