Restrictions on Use. Howco coupons, discount announcements, and promotions may only be used for making specified purchases according to the time limits and geographical designations of Howco. The Howco, Inc. General Manager has sole jurisdiction with respect to the interpretation of Howco coupons, discounts, and promotions.
